Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Service Delivery Driver to deliver and collect company stock between customer sites and the plant. This role is key to ensuring compliance with transport legislation while delivering a reliable, high-quality service to our customers. As a Service Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for managing daily delivery routes, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service at every interaction.

  • Loading and unloading vehicles and placing stock into designated areas at customer sites
  • Ensuring vehicles are stocked with sufficient sundry items
  • Collecting and delivering items in line with route documentation
  • Accurately completing all required paperwork and delivery documentation
  • Building and maintaining positive working relationships with customers
  • Acting as a key liaison between customers and the business
  • Supporting the Transport Manager by covering routes for absent drivers when required
  • Undertaking ad-hoc duties to support the wider transport and service delivery team

Requirements:

  • Loading and unloading vehicles
  • Placing stock into designated areas at customer sites
  • Ensuring vehicles are stocked with sufficient sundry items
  • Collecting and delivering items in line with route documentation
