We are currently seeking a Service Delivery Driver to deliver and collect company stock between customer sites and the plant. This role is key to ensuring compliance with transport legislation while delivering a reliable, high-quality service to our customers. The role: As a Service Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for managing daily delivery routes, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service at every interaction. A Class 2 driving licence and valid CPC is required to apply for this role. Your responsibilities will include: Loading and unloading vehicles and placing stock into designated areas at customer sites; Ensuring vehicles are stocked with sufficient sundry items, such as repair labels and bags; Collecting and delivering items in line with route documentation, including loading and emptying on-premises lockers and exchanging dust control mats; Accurately completing all required paperwork and delivery documentation; Building and maintaining positive working relationships with customers and acting as a key liaison between customers and the business; Supporting the Transport Manager by covering routes for absent drivers when required; Undertaking ad-hoc duties to support the wider transport and service delivery team.
