Job Description:

Director of Service Delivery to lead the delivery of critical cloud and hybrid infrastructure services within Government Shared Services Centers. This is a strategic leadership position that requires deep technical expertise across cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc.), hybrid infrastructures (including networking, on-prem servers, storage, and databases), advanced monitoring platforms (e.g., Dynatrace, Datadog), and a strong grasp of security best practices.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the delivery of critical cloud and hybrid infrastructure services within Government Shared Services Centers
Ensure high service availability, performance, and security
Lead and develop high-performing teams
Build strong relationships with government stakeholders
Continuously drive operational excellence

Requirements:

Decade of experience in IT service delivery, with a focus on cloud and hybrid infrastructures
At least 5 years in a leadership role managing service delivery teams
Deep technical expertise in: Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Hybrid infrastructure design and management
Networking (LAN/WAN, firewalls, load balancers)
On-premises servers and storage
Databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, NoSQL)
Monitoring tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Dynatrace, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana)
Security best practices in cloud/hybrid environments
Strong knowledge and application of ITIL or equivalent frameworks
Experience delivering services within Government Shared Services environments, with an understanding of relevant compliance and governance requirements
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to lead in high-pressure, complex environments
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Experience managing operational budgets and allocating resources effectively
