Job Description

Service Delivery Coordinator, APAC role at AltoVita, a multi-award winning accommodation platform for enterprises. The role involves ensuring excellent service delivery, managing guest arrivals, incident management, and supporting supply chain coordination across the APAC region.

Job Responsibility

  • Reply to client’s enquiries related to guest experience in a timely manner to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Manage incoming guest arrivals & coordinate check-in instructions, booking confirmations and other relevant pre-arrival information
  • Ensure professional incident management in line with AltoVita's quality standards & SLA
  • Get acquainted with AltoVita's proprietary technology and contribute to product adoption and feature development for hospitality operators within the region
  • Back up and Coverage for India Customer Service Manager when needed and support with administrative tasks (data management and review)
  • Proactively contribute to the community building of hospitality operators (quarterly training sessions, content creation, in-person visits)
  • Work closely with the Hospitality Growth Manager (APAC) to support supply chain coordination across the region, including sourcing, onboarding, training and performance optimisation of hospitality partners
  • Assist with supply partner relationship management, helping ensure operators meet AltoVita’s quality, operational and guest experience standards

  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle high-stress situations with calm and professionalism
  • Ability to understand the Client and Supply Partner requirements well
  • Strong problem-solving skills, decision maker and ability to think on your feet
  • Self-motivated, proactive and results-driven
  • Ability to quickly learn new technology and booking platforms tool
  • 2 years+ experience in the corporate accommodation industry and guest experience processes
  • Ability to work independently
