Job Description:

We are seeking a Service Delivery and Readiness Specialist to manage the design and delivery of product development projects within the Product & Platforms portfolio. This role involves overseeing local service design programmes, operational model rollouts, and transitions to in-life operations across multiple markets. You will act as the single point of contact for operational transition, working closely with Product Owners, Developers, Testers, and operational stakeholders in an Agile Scrum environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage end-to-end design adaptation and delivery of service solutions to Vodafone Group, local OpCos, and partner markets, ensuring readiness for service
  • Understand product and business requirements for new feature development and assess impacts on Sell/Build/Run processes
  • Oversee service and solution transition to in-life operations and enable continuous service improvement activities
  • Facilitate workshops and process walkthroughs to agree on new operational processes with stakeholders
  • Address operational team needs, including training, local working instructions, and awareness of product releases
  • Contribute to Program Increment planning with accurate effort estimations
  • Track and manage service delivery activities, including risks, issues, and actions, escalating where necessary

Requirements:

  • Experienced in managing product development and transition projects within Telecom and Cloud industries, ideally in large enterprise environments
  • Skilled in process and service design within Agile frameworks, with a proven record of successful delivery
  • Able to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements to operational models
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills in multicultural environments
  • Holds a university degree in technology (engineering, telecommunications, computer science)
  • Certified in Agile or Prince2 (or equivalent), with ITIL framework knowledge
  • Excellent understanding of Telecommunications and IT industries, focusing on business services and application delivery
  • Experienced in leading multi-national teams and operating within a matrix organisation
  • Proficient in English (B2 or above)
