  • Working with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure service and configuration data remains current, relevant and fit for purpose
  • Supporting the transition of work from external support arrangements into a focused internal capability
  • Helping to embed a more efficient, sustainable and well-governed approach to service data management across the business

Requirements

  • Proven experience in service data, configuration management, CMDB administration or a closely related area within an enterprise IT environment
  • Strong understanding of configuration items, data relationships, service mapping and data governance principles
  • Experience maintaining and improving data quality, integrity and accuracy across operational technology datasets
  • The ability to audit, analyse and resolve data issues in a structured and detail-oriented way
  • Experience working across teams to gather, validate and maintain accurate technical or service-related data
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage ongoing priorities and maintain high standards in a business-as-usual environment
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience with an IT service management or CMDB platform, ideally within a complex business environment
