The Dispatch Service Coordinator is a multi-faceted role that supports the functions of our Service department by receiving, verifying, and entering Customer Work Orders into our various operating systems. The role will also conduct outreach to customers and 3rd party partners as part of work order scheduling process.
Job Responsibility:
Based on extensive knowledge and experience, provide guidance to other employees to solve problems, answer questions, and research issues that may arise within the administrative function
Recommend methods to improve operation processes, efficiency and service to both internal and external customers
Serve as a resource for other departments on matters pertaining to functional area
1 Weekend per month On-Call
Daily management of Customer Work Order inbox
Resolve issues/questions from customers and Best Beverage technicians
Creation and dispatching of customer work order requests
Contact Customers to verify work order details
Support Dispatching process
Contact 3rd party partners to check on status of outstanding work orders
Verify initial information for all incoming work order requests
Call / Contact customers with update on work order ETAs
Dispatch work order information to field technicians and answer associated questions. Following up with customer to clarify any information as needed
Requirements:
Associates Degree preferred
3-5 years of work experience preferred
MS Office Experience with proficiency in Excel required
Strong communication skills
Excellent customer service and administrative skills required
Ability to develop and maintain a positive working relationship with others
