We are looking for a Service Coordinator to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This Contract to permanent position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating various service-related tasks and ensuring smooth operations within a production environment.
Job Responsibility:
Manage client intake processes to ensure accurate and efficient handling of requests
Coordinate application submissions and follow-ups using content management systems
Oversee scheduling and dispatching to optimize workflow and resource allocation
Prepare and manage billing and quoting documentation with attention to detail
Utilize Microsoft tools to maintain records and streamline service-related activities
Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address inquiries and resolve issues
Monitor and maintain microfilm operations as part of production tasks
Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions where applicable
Provide timely updates and reports to management regarding service operations
Requirements:
Previous experience with client intake and application processes
Proficiency in managing content management systems and related tools
Strong command of Microsoft applications, including Excel and Word
Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams
Ability to handle scheduling, dispatching, and billing tasks efficiently
Familiarity with microfilm and production environments is preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
