Job Responsibility:
Play an active role in the service acquisition process by preparing quotations and following up with customers
Manage all administrative tasks related to service requirements, including travel arrangements and documentation
Place service orders, mobilize resources for execution, and support invoicing activities (invoices, delivery notes, etc.)
Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to keep customers informed about scheduling and assignments
Collect customer feedback and ensure all service requests are fulfilled with high quality and efficiency
Requirements:
2-3 years of proven professional experience in a similar coordination or administrative position
Outstanding administrative competencies
Strong coordination and scheduling skills
Customer-focused and open-minded
Results-driven and adaptable
Calm and solution-oriented under pressure
Resilience and a solution-oriented approach when handling customer requests
Educational background in Industrial Engineering or Administration
Excellent command of the Greek and English languages (oral and written)
Proficiency in handling ERP and CRM systems (SAP Business One or SAP and Salesforce are considered a strong plus)
Strong knowledge of accounting topics (invoicing, delivery notes)
Customer-oriented personality with the ability to manage responsibilities independently
