Coordinating daily service and maintenance schedules for field technicians
Managing jobs from booking through to completion in Simpro
Liaising with customers and providing job updates
Supporting technicians with scheduling changes and job details
Assisting with quotes, administration, and reporting
Supporting process improvements and system development initiatives
Requirements
Experience in service coordination, scheduling, administration, or customer service
Background in trades, construction, maintenance, or service industries (highly regarded)
Confident working in fast-paced, high-volume environments
Strong organisation and ability to prioritise changing workloads
Simpro experience highly regarded
Strong communication skills and a calm, solutions-focused approach
Comfortable learning new systems and improving processes
