Job Responsibility:

  • Efficiently allocate technicians across NSW, VIC, and QLD
  • Expertly juggle essential planned maintenance with urgent, high-priority emergency breakdowns
  • Act as the confident, calm point of contact for clients, contractors, and field technicians
  • Use simPRO to keep jobs tracked, structured, and transparent
  • Spot potential logistical bottlenecks before they impact the client

Requirements:

  • 2–3+ years in Service Coordination, Scheduling, or Maintenance Planning
  • You stay calm, professional, and solution-oriented when the phones are ringing and the plan changes
  • You know how to talk to everyone from a technician on-site to a corporate client with ease
