We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Service Coordinator to manage scheduling, communication, and operational support for service delivery teams. This role serves as the primary liaison between customers, technicians, and internal departments to ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality service execution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and excels at multitasking and problem-solving.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and schedule service appointments, installations, maintenance, or support visits
Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding service timelines and updates
Dispatch and route technicians or service personnel efficiently
Monitor service workflows to ensure deadlines and service-level agreements (SLAs) are met
Prepare and maintain service documentation, work orders, and customer records
Communicate changes, delays, or issues promptly and professionally
Collaborate with operations, sales, billing, and technical teams to resolve service concerns
Track service metrics and assist with reporting and performance analysis
Support inventory, parts ordering, or equipment logistics as needed
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
