We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team. Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate and oversee daily logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate service delivery

  • Monitor supply chain processes and address any issues or delays proactively
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline service workflows and improve overall performance

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage complex schedules and operations
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for client and team interactions
  • Proficiency in logistics software and tools to track and manage operations
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize processes
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices in logistics and distribution
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and learning
  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, business administration, or a related discipline is preferred
