Job Responsibility:
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and provide clear, detail-focused support across service-related requests
Coordinate service calls by gathering details, scheduling next steps, and maintaining accurate updates throughout the process
Enter and manage information within customer service software to keep records complete and current
Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are communicated effectively and handled in a timely manner
Monitor open service issues, follow up on outstanding items, and help drive matters to completion
Resolve routine concerns with sound judgment and escalate more complex situations when needed
Support day-to-day administrative tasks related to service coordination, documentation, and customer communication.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a closely related support role
Demonstrated ability to deliver detail-oriented, solutions-focused service in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with customer service software and general office technology
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple service requests at once
Clear verbal and written communication skills with a high level of attention to detail
Comfort coordinating service calls and maintaining accurate customer records
