Job Responsibility

Take ownership of Service and Parts operations, ensuring both departments run efficiently and profitably
Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a positive team culture
Coordinate between technicians, vendors, and customers to maintain clear communication and timely service
Monitor inventory levels, service schedules, and department performance, making adjustments as needed
Implement best practices to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
Greet and assist customers with parts, accessories, and service needs
Process parts sales, special orders, and returns accurately using the inventory management system
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked Parts Department
Provide knowledgeable product recommendations and suggest add-ons to enhance the customer’s boating experience
Manage parts receiving, inspections, and vendor communications

Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, organizational ability and the ability to multitask
Strong orientation towards customer service for the meeting, convention and entertainment industry

Job Responsibility

Submit quotes to clients created by the delivery teams for related services for exhibitors of assigned events
Provides support to all clients ordering services via phone and/or email, assisting with the ordering process or addressing questions/concerns
Processes advanced and/or on-site exhibitor orders for all services supplied by the department
Set up and maintain assigned event files
Marks up the master floor plan, noting individual booth service requirements
Compares the master floor plan with the individual exhibitor floor plan for accuracy in booth size and booth orientation
Prepare work orders, as necessary, and distribute to technical personnel at least 10 days prior to event move-in
Acts as a liaison between exhibitors, EAC’s, Show Contractor, and technical personnel
Proactively contacts clients for pre-event information relating to service orders, labor orders, floor plans, and/or payment
Maintains the Service Desk during event move-in and show hours, handling exhibitor and/or EAC’s inquiries and service needs with appropriate follow-through

Customer Support - Act as the main contact for priority customers, handling queries on planned, completed, or quoted works
Engineer Coordination - Communicate clearly with engineers, provide job instructions and updates
Materials, Vans & Stock Control - Track and chase deliveries, manage van stock replenishment
