As our pipeline of projects continues to expand, we are looking for an organised, sharp, and proactive Service Coordinator to keep our daily operations running like a well-oiled machine.
Job Responsibility
Coordinate and allocate daily schedules for site technicians, subcontractors, and equipment
Act as the primary point of contact for incoming service requests, providing exceptional customer service and timely updates
Raise work orders, track job progress from start to finish, and ensure data is accurately logged in our job management system (SimPRO/Aconex/similar)
Assist with preparing compliance documentation, permits, and OHS variations
Collate technician timesheets and job completions to assist the finance team with prompt invoicing
Requirements
Proven experience as a Service Coordinator, Scheduler, or Operations Administrator—ideally within the construction, civil, trade, or engineering sectors
Strong proficiency with job management software and MS Office Suite
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a knack for building quick rapport with tradespeople and corporate clients alike
A good understanding of Melbourne’s Western Suburbs geography to optimize travel times for site crews
Highly organised with a proactive attitude and the ability to think on your feet when schedules shift last-minute
