The Service Coordinator will act as the central point of contact between clients, project teams, and subcontractors, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate service requests, work orders, and project schedules between clients, field teams, and subcontractors
Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, providing timely updates and solutions
Monitor project progress, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
Prepare and maintain service documentation, reports, and records
Collaborate with project managers and field staff to anticipate needs and resolve issues proactively
Assist with ordering materials, tracking inventory, and managing vendor relationships
Support administrative tasks, including invoicing, data entry, and reporting as needed
Promote a culture of safety, compliance, and professionalism across all service interactions
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
2+ years of experience in service coordination, project coordination, or administrative support, preferably in construction or facilities management
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management or CRM software
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage client expectations
Nice to have:
Knowledge of construction processes, terminology, and safety regulations is a plus
