Job Description:

You’ll be a key part of the Service Team, helping to keep planned maintenance and reactive repairs on track.

Job Responsibility:

Coordinating engineers, scheduling visits, and liaising with both clients and colleagues to make sure everything runs to plan
Helping to manage small works
Handling the admin that keeps things moving
Making sure no detail slips through the cracks

Requirements:

Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
A friendly, confident approach when dealing with engineers and customers alike
A practical mindset – someone who enjoys problem-solving and keeping things on track
Good communication skills and a willingness to learn the technical side of what we do
A team-focused attitude and the resilience to stay upbeat when things get busy
