Service Coordinator

• Technician Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule service technicians based on availability, skillset, and customer needs
• Data Entry & System Management: Accurately enter service orders, updates, and notes into NetSuite and other internal systems
• Customer Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely updates and resolving concerns with professionalism
• Quoting & Documentation: Create service quotes, follow up on outstanding proposals, and maintain accurate documentation for all service-related activities
• Reporting: Generate daily/weekly/monthly service reports and support the service team with data insights as needed
• Workflow Coordination: Collaborate with technicians, sales, and management to ensure efficient service delivery and smooth operational flow

• 2+ years of customer service or administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced or service-oriented environment
• Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience working with NetSuite (or another ERP/CRM platform) is highly preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Solid problem-solving abilities and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team

Manufacturing, technical, or field service background is a major plus
