The Operational Management area of Networks Platform is looking to recruit a Service Contract Specialist.

Managing the main Contracts and other Services of E-REDES throughout the contract's lifespan (identifying needs, drafting contractual documents, qualification systems, operational management, financial and technical monitoring), ensuring interaction with E-REDES' operational units
Monitoring and ensuring compliance with contracted services' conditions
Monitoring quality standards, execution deadlines, and service costs
Creating conditions for continuous improvement of service provision, as well as its scope and suitability to needs
Contributing to improving the quality, efficiency, and productivity of service providers

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, data or other relevant experience for the position
Between 1 and 5 years of professional experience in supplier contracting, process management, and knowledge in the field of construction and maintenance of distribution networks is valued
Working knowledge of information systems, especially reporting tools (SAP, Power BI, advanced Excel)
Proficiency in Office 365, with advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel
Ability to analyze and manage conflicts with suppliers
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various internal and external stakeholders
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with flexibility and proactivity
Proactivity and autonomy in problem-solving and continuous improvement
Analytical thinking to interpret data and support decision-making
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring timely and accurate execution
Results-oriented, with a focus on meeting performance targets (SLAs, KPIs)
Teamwork, working in collaboration with planning and operations teams
Adaptation to dynamic environments with regulatory complexity
