We are looking for a Service Channel Sales Engineer to support and grow our After Sales channel business across the CEE region, with focus on Poland. You will play a key role in strengthening relationships with partners, developing channel strategies, and driving sales growth through indirect channels, making a real impact on our business success.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement the After Sales Channel Strategy across the CEE region
Manage and grow relationships with key channel partners
Lead joint business planning and performance reviews based on KPIs
Identify growth opportunities and improve channel performance
Negotiate and manage commercial agreements
Analyze market trends and competitor activity
Coordinate training and capability development for partners
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering or related field
Experience in channel management, indirect sales, or business development
Experience in multi-country or complex channel environments is an advantage
Proven success in driving sales through indirect channels
Strong commercial and relationship-building skills
Good negotiation and contract management abilities
Analytical mindset with a structured and proactive approach
Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and regions
Fluency in English
