Job Description:

We are looking for a Service Channel Sales Engineer to support and grow our After Sales channel business across the CEE region, with focus on Poland. You will play a key role in strengthening relationships with partners, developing channel strategies, and driving sales growth through indirect channels, making a real impact on our business success.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement the After Sales Channel Strategy across the CEE region
  • Manage and grow relationships with key channel partners
  • Lead joint business planning and performance reviews based on KPIs
  • Identify growth opportunities and improve channel performance
  • Negotiate and manage commercial agreements
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity
  • Coordinate training and capability development for partners

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering or related field
  • Experience in channel management, indirect sales, or business development
  • Experience in multi-country or complex channel environments is an advantage
  • Proven success in driving sales through indirect channels
  • Strong commercial and relationship-building skills
  • Good negotiation and contract management abilities
  • Analytical mindset with a structured and proactive approach
  • Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and regions
  • Fluency in English

Nice to have:

Experience in multi-country or complex channel environments is an advantage
