The Service Center Operator I is responsible for responding to inbound calls and requests for service needs. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.
Job Responsibility:
Responsible for receiving calls for service
prioritizes and coordinates the service requests
Identify and resolve customer needs
Coordinate with internal resources to resolve service requests
Handles and maintains of all records and documentation of service requests
uses software to log activity
Provides customer service and maintains a friendly and effective demeanor toward customers, guests, clients, and co-workers
Requirements:
Must have a familiarity with computer applications and navigation of systems
Demonstrates strong social skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
Proven interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Must be available to work required hours based on business needs
