Job Description

The Processing Center Admin Assistant requires an individual that is internal customer-oriented and can prioritize and multi-task at a quick pace. The primary duties for the Administrative Office Associate are to receive, and process print jobs, incoming and outgoing mail, scan, file, as well as assist with other administrative tasks.

Job Responsibility

  • Monitor and inventory Supplies
  • Managing client electronic and hardcopy recordsAnnual Filings
  • Process new owner welcome packets
  • Track HO6 insurance
  • Mailing taxes
  • Change of addresses and returned mail
  • Vaulting and e-filing of various documents
  • Process print jobs, scanning and faxing
  • Other tasks as required

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED Required
  • Associates Degree Preferred
  • 0 – 3 years of directly related or closely related experience
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience
