Job Responsibility

  • Reviewing P&L’s to ensure proper revenues and expenditures
  • Hiring and training of all technical and non-technical staff
  • Ensure compliance to service department policies and procedures
  • Sets and obtains team goals
  • Responsible for individual teams reviews
  • Responsible for issue resolution and documentation
  • Ensures effective and efficient operations while reducing cost
  • Coordinates with all departments to ensure cohesiveness in product / shop flows

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
