Job Description:

Honda of Owings Mills is hiring one Service BDC Representatives / Appointment setters immediately. This is an entry-level car business position. Do you enjoy working on the phones and setting appointments? Are you looking for a place where leads are provided for you? Have you been successful in Telemarketing, Collections or Customer Service but are looking for a company who values you as a professional? No Experience necessary - We will train you! Bi-lingual is a plus. We believe in providing great service to our customers, improving the lives of our Customers and Employees through great leadership, a culture of service and a love of learning.

Job Responsibility:

  • Communicate effectively with our customers via Phone, Internet or Text
  • Check Karma frequently and respond to customer inquiries immediately
  • Learn and follow the scripting required by our process
  • Set appointments for our customers
  • Study, learn and understand our maintenance we offer
  • Learn and maintain a thorough knowledge of Dealership policies, products and procedures
  • Establish personal goals that are consistent with the productivity requirements of the Dealership
  • Maintain a professional appearance
  • Make 100+ Outbound Phone Calls every day
  • Learn and follow our scripted process for making and receiving phone calls
  • Work as part of our team
  • Record all work inside our CRM and XTime
  • This position does work as late as 7pm during the week and Rotate Saturdays
  • This position answers incoming phone calls from customers
  • You will be setting service appointments for Mercedes Benz customers for our Services advisors at the dealership

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of Telemarketing, Appointment Setting and Customer Service Experience
  • Language Skills Ability: Read, write and understand short correspondence
  • Read and interpret safety rules, guidelines and general business operating instructions
  • Read, type and understand proper grammar in written/typed communication
  • Reasoning Ability: Apply a common sense understanding to carry out instructions
  • Solve practical problems and come up with solutions to the simple challenges
  • Must have and maintain a great attitude

Bi-lingual is a plus
