Ira Subaru is part of the fast-growing Group 1 Automotive, a leader in automotive retail. We are looking to add a qualified Business Development Center Agent to our Service team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Receive inbound service calls
  • Contact present customers (phone, email) to maintain and improve customer loyalty
  • Develop pipeline of service opportunity leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals
  • Work with service and sales department to increase service traffic
  • Stay up to date on active service specials and ongoing Subaru manufacture recalls
  • Properly inform and advise customers on what to expect with their service appointments
  • Outstanding Customer Service

Requirements:

  • Auto dealership Internet or Business Development Center (BDC) experience is a plus!
  • Superior communication and customer service skills
  • Solid working knowledge of the Internet
  • Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude
