Job Description

Service Bartender position at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole, a luxurious mountain lodge in the heart of the American West, surrounded by rugged peaks, ski runs, and wildlife in nearby Grand Teton National Park.

Job Responsibility

  • Prepare all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for the dining room, ensuring consistency with recipes and presentation standards
  • Pre-batch mixers, prep garnishes, and ensure mise en place is fully stocked before, during, and after service
  • Operate the Beverage Trolley to offer table-side Old Fashioned service, delivering a personalized and interactive guest experience
  • Follow the state and city alcohol law while adhering to Four Seasons standards of service
  • Accurately read and prioritize drink tickets to maintain efficient flow of service
  • Monitor product usage, complete and submit Liquor Requests, uphold safety, sanitasion and cleanliness
  • Participate in regular beverage trainings, tastings, and menu updates
  • Complete additional side duties as needed
  • Working knowledge of the Micros system is essential

Requirements

  • Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays
  • 1-2 years Bartending experience in a luxury resort or fine dining
  • Must possess legal work authorization in the United States
