Automation Architecture is a senior leadership role responsible for designing, delivering and scaling end-to-end automation and autonomous operations solutions across Service Management. As a member of the BCSS Service Line Operate Service Management Service Architecture team, the role drives automation architectures, ensures actuation of AI/ML-driven recommendations, and contributes to service delivery efficiencies, reuse and velocity in line with Ericsson’s MSN strategy and EOE objectives.
Job Responsibility:
Driving the design of end-to-end autonomous operations use cases leveraging on automation capabilities by co-creating tailored solutions that drive value and differentiation
Ensuring development, deployment & delivering actuations based on recommendations coming out of AI/ML models (Insite) in line with BCSS MSN strategy
Ensuring to developing robust and scalable architectures for automation solutions that meet the evolving needs of Ericsson and its customers & contributing towards efficiencies in service delivery through streamlined automation processes
Ensuring to drive design & development of robust and scalable architectures for automation solutions that meet the evolving needs of Ericsson and its customers
Ensuring to design, develop, and implement frameworks for streamlining repetitive tasks, orchestrating workflows, and implementing automated decision-making processes improving efficiency across various projects
Responsible for contributing towards efficiencies in service delivery through streamlined automation processes
Responsible to participate in discussions on the success criteria for use case creation using the available data to drive automation ambition & penetration
Responsible for preparing scalable, modular, re-usable designs enabling high velocity and reusability and aligning with EOE objectives
Exhibit thought Leadership & a forward-looking approach in the way we operate, contributing insights and best practices across all SM layers & units
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering or Equivalent (ECE/CSE/IT) / MBA
Around 14+ years of total experience
10+ years of experience in Telecom Operations (vendor and/or service provider)
Previous experience from working in AAA (Automation, Analytics & AI-ML) domains involving design, development & deployment
Management experience (8+ years) in a Managed Services environment
Resource management (including budget management)
Strong knowledge and experience or should have worked in Service Management roles
Knowledge and experience of working with Service Management related areas: Automation, Analytics, Automation
Sound understanding of MS Environment & Processes (Event Management, Incident Management, Smart Problem Mgmt., Preventative Maintenance, Service Continuity, FSO)
Highly developed leadership and change management skills, influencing and leading by example
Excellent English language skills oral and written
Ability to simplify, good sense for details as well as high-level thought leadership
