Job Responsibility:

  • Maintenance & Repair: Perform in-depth repairs and routine inspections on generators, load-banks, transformers, and fuel tanks
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues quickly and safely to maintain uptime for your customers
  • Digital Integration: Document all ready to rent and return inspections using the latest digital inspection applications
  • Mentorship: Act as a technical lead, directing and mentoring junior engineering team members and sub-contractors

Requirements:

  • Apprenticeship trained with an NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical or Electronic engineering (or equivalent)
  • 5 years of experience in the rental energy sector or a similar field-based role
  • Proven track record in diagnostics and investigation of mechanical and electrical faults
  • Customer-focused professional who is resourceful, adaptable, and possesses an uncompromising commitment to Health & Safety
