Job Responsibility:
Personal, telephone and written support for our customers
Support with bookings, rebookings and complaints
Handling inquiries in first-level support
Working with modern systems and digital prebooking solutions
Close collaboration with internal specialist departments
Opportunity to contribute own ideas and actively participate in shaping processes
Requirements:
Strong service and customer orientation
Enjoyment of communication – even in stressful situations
Good German skills and conversational English skills
Ideally, experience in customer service or a call center (not a must)
Safe handling of PCs and common software (MS Office)
Reliability, resilience and a solution-oriented approach to work
Willingness to work shifts between 6:00 am and 9:00 pm (no night work, occasional weekends)
