Job Description:

Your job at the airport – more than just customer service. Do you want to work with people from all over the world every day and be part of the airport operations at BER? Job Responsibility:

  • Personal, telephone and written support for our customers
  • Support with bookings, rebookings and complaints
  • Handling inquiries in first-level support
  • Working with modern systems and digital prebooking solutions
  • Close collaboration with internal specialist departments
  • Opportunity to contribute own ideas and actively participate in shaping processes

Requirements:

  • Strong service and customer orientation
  • Enjoyment of communication – even in stressful situations
  • Good German skills and conversational English skills
  • Ideally, experience in customer service or a call center (not a must)
  • Safe handling of PCs and common software (MS Office)
  • Reliability, resilience and a solution-oriented approach to work
  • Willingness to work shifts between 6:00 am and 9:00 pm (no night work, occasional weekends)
