Job Responsibility:
Setting and managing customer expectations

Following up after completed work to ensure satisfaction
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the motor industry
Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
Focused on building rapport and long‑term relationships
