Vertu Toyota Loughborough is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our high‑performing, well‑established dealership. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven Service Advisor who enjoys a structured environment, strong brand backing, and clear career development within one of the UK’s largest motor retailers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage a busy service drive with professionalism and efficiency
  • Set clear customer expectations and maintain communication throughout the repair or service process
  • Identify and confidently upsell additional work where appropriate
  • Work closely with technicians and management to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
  • Deliver consistently high levels of customer satisfaction and CSI performance

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealer or reputable independent
