Job Responsibility:
Manage a busy service drive with professionalism and efficiency
Set clear customer expectations and maintain communication throughout the repair or service process
Identify and confidently upsell additional work where appropriate
Work closely with technicians and management to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
Deliver consistently high levels of customer satisfaction and CSI performance
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealer or reputable independent
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Confidence working to targets and KPIs
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
A customer‑first mindset with a commercial edge
