Job Responsibility:
Setting clear expectations for customers and keeping them updated throughout their vehicle’s service or repair
Maintaining strong communication between customers and workshop teams
Identifying and upselling additional products and services where appropriate
Ensuring customers are completely satisfied with the work carried out
Requirements:
Previous customer-facing service experience
Strong communication skills
Relationship-building skills
High level of customer focus
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while meeting targets and deadlines
Nice to have:
Previous experience in a Service Advisor role
