Vertu Land Rover Leeds has a fantastic opportunity for a Service Advisor to join our established and successful team. The Service Advisor position is one of the most important and rewarding roles in our dealership. Customer service isn’t just about providing assistance—it’s about building trusted, long‑lasting relationships. As the link between our customers and the workshop, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience at every stage of their visit.

Job Responsibility:

  • Setting clear expectations for customers and keeping them updated throughout their vehicle’s service or repair
  • Maintaining strong communication between customers and workshop teams
  • Identifying and upselling additional products and services where appropriate
  • Ensuring customers are completely satisfied with the work carried out

Requirements:

  • Previous customer-facing service experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Relationship-building skills
  • High level of customer focus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while meeting targets and deadlines

Nice to have:

Previous experience in a Service Advisor role
