Job Description:

Excellent opportunity for a motivated Service Advisor to join the team at Sytner Cardiff. This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first. Advisors work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure the highest possible levels of service.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide outstanding customer care
  • Act as the vital link between customers and the workshop
  • Inform and consult on vehicle servicing
  • Keep the customer updated at every stage
  • Answer customer questions or queries
  • Liaise with technicians/workshop control about vehicle statuses
  • Ensure vehicles are ready on time
  • Give the best advice on products and services
  • Build genuine rapport and identify customer wants and needs

Requirements:

  • Willingness to learn and progress
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Strong customer service background (beneficial)
  • Working knowledge of Kerridge (advantageous, not essential)
