Excellent opportunity for a motivated Service Advisor to join the team at Sytner Cardiff. This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first. Advisors work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure the highest possible levels of service.
Job Responsibility:
Provide outstanding customer care
Act as the vital link between customers and the workshop
Inform and consult on vehicle servicing
Keep the customer updated at every stage
Answer customer questions or queries
Liaise with technicians/workshop control about vehicle statuses
Ensure vehicles are ready on time
Give the best advice on products and services
Build genuine rapport and identify customer wants and needs
Requirements:
Willingness to learn and progress
Excellent organisational and administrative skills
Good attention to detail
Strong customer service background (beneficial)
Working knowledge of Kerridge (advantageous, not essential)
