Job Responsibility:
Support customers throughout their vehicle service or repair journey
Set expectations clearly and keep customers updated
Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services that may benefit the customer
Follow up after work is completed to ensure satisfaction
Contribute to a positive, inclusive and collaborative team environment
Requirements:
At least 12 months of experience in a customer service role
Confidence communicating with a wide range of people in a supportive, respectful manner
The ability to stay organised and focused in a fast‑paced environment with steady customer traffic
A proactive approach to meeting targets, managing your time and staying calm during peak periods
