At Vertu BMW Bridgwater, we’re proud of our reputation for exceptional customer service and our strong, supportive team. We’re now looking for a Service Advisor to join our well-established and high-performing dealership.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as the key point of contact between the customer and workshop
  • Manage customer expectations and keep them updated throughout their vehicle’s service or repair
  • Identify opportunities to offer additional products and services
  • Follow up to ensure complete customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Previous customer-facing experience (essential)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive approach with the ability to meet targets and deadlines
  • A genuine passion for delivering an excellent customer experience
