The Location: Our Leeds site is ideally positioned within a major UK city, benefiting from excellent road links including the M62 and strong commuter access, as well as a large and diverse customer catchment. This creates a busy and engaging environment, providing consistent customer interaction and opportunity to build long-term relationships within a thriving retail area. We are offering a £35,521.10 basic salary plus company benefits. The Service Advisor role is one of the most exciting and important positions in our dealership. Like us, you understand that customer service isn't just about providing a service – it's about building warm, trusted relationships. The role holder acts as the key relationship manager between the customer and the workshop, ensuring our customer satisfaction levels remain consistently outstanding. You will be responsible for setting clear customer expectations and keeping them informed throughout the service or repair of their vehicle, identifying opportunities to upsell additional products, and following up to ensure complete satisfaction with the work carried out. For this role, we are looking for you to have previous customer-facing experience; this is essential to be considered. Customer focus, relationship management and strong communication skills are of paramount importance, as is the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment whilst meeting targets and deadlines. Previous experience within the role would be beneficial but is not essential.
