As a Service Advisor, you’ll play a vital role at the heart of the dealership – acting as the link between our customers and our workshop team. This is far more than just booking in vehicles; it’s about building strong, lasting relationships and delivering an outstanding customer journey from start to finish.
Job Responsibility
Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service or repair needs
Keep customers informed throughout the process, managing expectations at every stage
Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services
Ensure every customer leaves satisfied with the service they’ve received
Requirements
Previous experience in a customer-facing role (essential)
Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service
Confidence working in a fast-paced environment with targets and deadlines
Ability to build relationships and deliver a consistently high standard of service
Experience as a Service Advisor is advantageous but not essential
