Job Responsibility

  • Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service or repair needs
  • Keep customers informed throughout the process, managing expectations at every stage
  • Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services
  • Ensure every customer leaves satisfied with the service they've received

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role (essential)
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced environment with targets and deadlines
  • Ability to build relationships and deliver a consistently high standard of service

Nice to have

Experience as a Service Advisor is advantageous but not essential
