Job Responsibility:
Acting as the relationship manager for service customers
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Coordinating with the workshop to deliver timely and efficient service
Supporting the wider service team with leadership and mentoring
Setting customer expectations and keeping in touch with them throughout the service or repair of their vehicle
Up selling additional products
Follow-up with the customer to ensure they are happy with the work carried out
Requirements:
Previous customer facing service experience
Customer focus
Relationship maintenance skills
Communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst meeting targets and deadlines
Nice to have:
Previous experience within the role
