The Service Advisor role is one of the most exciting and important roles in our dealership. Like us, you know that customer service isn’t just about providing a service – its about building warm, trusted relationships. The role holder acts as the relationship manager between the customer and the workshop, ensuring our customer satisfaction levels are outstanding.
Job Responsibility:
Act as the relationship manager between the customer and the workshop
Set customer expectations
Keep in touch with customers throughout the service or repair of their vehicle
Up sell additional products
Follow-up with the customer to ensure they are happy with the work carried out
Requirements:
Previous customer facing service experience
Customer focus
Relationship maintenance skills
Communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst meeting targets and deadlines
Nice to have:
Previous experience within the role
