Service Advisor

• Act as the key link between customers and the workshop
• Advising customers on vehicle servicing requirements
• Keeping customers informed at every stage and answering any queries
• Liaising with technicians and workshop control to ensure timely completion of work
• Providing accurate advice on products and services
• Build genuine rapport, understand customer needs, and deliver a first-class experience

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry is essential
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
• A proven background in customer service within a busy environment
• Working knowledge of Kerridge would be advantageous but not essential
