The Service Advisor role is one of the most exciting and important roles in our dealership. Job Responsibility:
Setting customer expectations and keeping in touch with them throughout the service or repair of their vehicle
Up selling additional products
Follow-up with the customer to ensure they are happy with the work carried out
Acts as the relationship manager between the customer and the workshop, ensuring customer satisfaction levels are outstanding
Requirements:
Previous experience within the role would be desirable
Experience working in a customer facing role is essential
Must hold a full UK driving licence
Customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills are of paramount importance
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst meeting targets and deadlines
Nice to have:
Previous experience within the role
