Service Advisor – Vertu BMW Bridgwater. £31,597 basic salary plus excellent benefits. Looking for your next step in a premium dealership environment? As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the face of our aftersales experience – ensuring every customer receives a seamless, professional and premium service from start to finish. You’ll act as the key link between our customers and workshop, keeping everything running smoothly while building lasting relationships.

Job Responsibility

  • Managing customer bookings and setting clear expectations
  • Keeping customers updated throughout their vehicle service or repair
  • Identifying and upselling additional products and services where appropriate
  • Delivering a first-class customer experience at every touchpoint
  • Following up to ensure complete satisfaction and repeat business

Requirements

  • Previous customer-facing experience (essential)
  • Experience as a Service Advisor or within automotive is highly desirable
  • Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport
  • A proactive, organised approach in a fast-paced environment
  • A focus on delivering targets while maintaining excellent service standards
