Job Responsibility:
Setting clear expectations and keeping customers informed throughout their vehicle’s service or repair
Identifying opportunities to upsell additional products and services
Following up to ensure complete customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Previous customer-facing service experience – essential
Ideally, prior experience as a Service Advisor
Strong communication skills and a genuine customer focus
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting targets and deadlines
