We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Service Advisor to join our well-established team at Vertu Land Rover Taunton. If you’re looking to become part of one of the UK’s largest and most respected Motor Retailers, this could be the perfect role for you. As a Service Advisor, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This isn’t just about providing a service – it’s about building strong, trusted relationships. Acting as the link between our customers and the workshop, you’ll ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to outstanding customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

  • Setting clear expectations and keeping customers informed throughout their vehicle’s service or repair
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell additional products and services
  • Following up to ensure complete customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Previous customer-facing service experience – essential
  • Ideally, prior experience as a Service Advisor
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine customer focus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting targets and deadlines
