The Service Advisor position is both exciting and essential to our dealership’s success. You will be the link between the customer and the workshop, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from start to finish.
Job Responsibility:
Setting clear expectations for customers regarding their vehicle’s service or repair
Maintaining regular communication throughout the process
Identifying and offering additional products or services where appropriate
Ensuring customers are fully satisfied with the work completed
Supporting workshop efficiency through accurate job logging and coordination
Requirements:
Previous customer-facing service experience (essential)
Strong communication skills and a genuine customer-focused approach
The ability to manage a busy workload while meeting deadlines
Confidence in building warm, trusted relationships
Nice to have:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor
Official BMW accreditation
