Job Responsibility:
Be the vital link between customers and the workshop team
Manage customer expectations
Keep customers updated throughout the service or repair process
Ensure customers leave fully satisfied with the work carried out
Identify and offer additional services where appropriate
Aim to deliver an excellent customer experience
Requirements:
Experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role within the motor industry is essential
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Confidence working in a fast-paced environment while meeting targets and deadlines
A passion for building positive, long-term customer relationships
