The Service Advisor role is one of the most exciting and important roles in our dealership. Like us, you know that customer service isn’t just about providing a service – its about building warm, trusted relationships. The role holder acts as the relationship manager between the customer and the workshop, ensuring our customer satisfaction levels are outstanding.

Job Responsibility

  • Act as the relationship manager between the customer and the workshop
  • Set customer expectations
  • Keep in touch with customers throughout the service or repair of their vehicle
  • Upsell additional products
  • Follow-up with the customer to ensure they are happy with the work carried out

Requirements

  • Previous customer facing service experience
  • Previous experience within a Service Advisor role in the motor trade ideally within a main dealer
  • Customer focus
  • Relationship maintenance skills
  • Communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst meeting targets and deadlines
