Job Responsibility:
Being the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless service experience from start to finish
Delivering exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs, providing accurate estimates, and keeping clients informed about the progress of their vehicle service
Maintaining accurate records of service appointments, repairs, and customer interactions
Identifying and recommending additional services or products where appropriate, enhancing the customer experience while achieving sales targets
Working closely with the workshop and other departments to ensure services are completed on time and to the highest standard
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role within the automotive industry is highly desirable
Outstanding communication skills and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
A clean driving record is essential for the role
A genuine interest in the automotive industry, combined with a strong work ethic and dedication to delivering results
A collaborative attitude with the ability to work closely with colleagues in a busy, fast-paced environment
Ability to address customer concerns, resolve issues, and suggest suitable solutions quickly and efficiently
