Job Responsibility:
Acting as the relationship manager between the customer and the workshop
Setting clear expectations and keeping customers updated throughout the service/repair
Upselling relevant products and services to support customer needs
Following up with customers to ensure they are happy with the work carried out
Supporting a high-performing service team by working efficiently to targets and deadlines
Requirements:
Previous customer-facing service experience (essential)
Highly customer focused, with a natural ability to build rapport
A confident communicator, comfortable handling a busy and fast-paced environment
Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
Motivated by targets and delivering a great customer experience
Nice to have:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor
